Located outside the "daily chaos", the Parco degli Ulivi Restaurant sets a new mile stone for gourmets in search of fine cuisine, "good to taste and beautiful to look at," offering the guests privacy, tranquility and elegance combined with the high quality of the products and of the service offered by our staff.
The kitchen staff, led by Chef Luciano Porta, creates a wide variety of  traditional and local dishes prepared with a modern twist. To make this possible many products, such as pasta and bread, are prepared directly in our kitchen whereas for the creation of the dishes the use of local produce is preferred and, when possible,  vegetables and herbs from the organic garden close to the restaurant ...  guarantees the absolute quality and freshness of the dishes!
The excellence of the cuisine is combined with the elegance and warmth of an intimate location  studied in detail by our restaurant staff. The skills and knowledge of wine and food of our Maîtres Andrea Ortu and PierLuigi Azzena allow every dish to be accompanied and enhanced by one of the many local, national and international wine labels, in our extensive wine cellar.
